Friday Sept 11

8:00am	Grounds will be open for campers and players to arrive. (We are asking that all campers/RVs, trailers, and tents set up around the outside perimeter of the parking onSaturday)
3:00pm	Check-in starts/Registration starts – Chrono & Paint sales start.
	Night game: Battle for the Castle Of note: If we have less than 40 players for the Friday Castle game, no points will be earned towards the Giant Big Game Saturday event. Rather the game will be played for field placement and GBG cash for in game battle field perks to be used on Saturday.
5:25pm	Rules briefing, Q & A (20 min)
5:45pm	Players start heading out to their rally points.
6:00pm	Battle for the Castle begins.
6:10pm	Points awarded for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
6:20pm	Points awarded for Black Castle (5,000 points) and for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
6:30pm	Points awarded for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
6:40pm	Points awarded for Black Castle (5,000 points) and for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
6:40pm	Game is paused for 10 minutes for all players to gather pods and gear and switch sides.
6:50pm	Game resumes.
7:00pm	Points awarded for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
7:10pm	Points awarded for Black Castle (5,000 points) and for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
7:20pm	Points awarded for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
7:30pm	Points awarded for Black Castle (5,000 points) and for Castle Fire Bases 1, 2, 3, 4. (1,000 points each)
7:30pm	Battle for the Castle ends. Please note: No armored tanks, helicopters, terminators, or any other special units will be used during the Friday night casstle battle.
10:00pm	Quiet hours. No generators or loud noise after 11:00pm. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

Saturday, Sept 12

8:00am	Check-in starts/Registration starts – Chrono & Paint sales start.
9:00am- 9:10am	Private Generals meeting, Tank operators, & coin flip for sides. (10 minutes)
9:10am- 9:30am	Rules briefing, Q & A and swag toss out (20 min)
9:40am	All teams head out to theirs main bases.
10:00am	First half starts. Get to your main base early! Game starts on time. Players will get their Armband tape at the main base. Mission 1.
10:30pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 2
11:00pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 3
11:30pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 4
12:00pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 5
12:30pm	First Half Ends. Fire Base points awarded.
12:30pm	Lunch break. (1.5 hours). Bring a lunch. Splat Tag will be selling: ice cold drinks, pizzas slices, hotdogs, corn dogs, hot pockets, Ice cream, chips and candy. Teams switch sides during the lunch break.
1:40pm	All teams head out to their main bases – Teams switch sides for the second half.
2:00pm	Second Half Starts Mission 6
2:30pm	Fire Base points awarded. Mission 7.
3:00pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 8
3:30pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 9
4:00pm	Fire Base points awarded Mission 10
4:30pm	Fire Base points awarded Second half ends. One half hour break. Time to prepare for the Final Battle.
5:00pm	Epic Final Battle Starts – Last chance for a team to make a come back – Double Points for each of the 5 push pin. 20 minute battle. Final Battle at Urban Chaos: team that lost coin flip chooses their side for the final battle..
5:20pm	Final Battle ends.
5:30pm	Start handing out tickets. Players will line up and trade their wristband for a prize drawing ticket.
5:35pm	Recognition, Awards, and Prizes start.

	Please clean up you staging area and around it. Please put empty cardboard boxes next to main dumpster and place all garbage in the dumpster. Thank you!

Sunday, Sept. 13 – Free entry into regular Walk-on Games. Can use any leftover GBG paint.

Waiver

All participants of the Giant Big Game are required to sign a waiver before participating.

Rules

Safety and sportsmanship are strictly enforced. Players in violation of the rules may be asked to leave the game without a refund.

Camping

Splat Tag Camping

• Players can camp at Splat Tag the night before the game.
• All tents must be packed up before 8am on game day. We need the parking.
• Splat Tag does not supply electricity, water or showers.
• Campfires must be in a metal ring.
• No loud noise after 10pm.
• Splat Tag campers must sign a waiver.
